Fixes crash at startup with Linux intel drivers. Can't tell why it doesn't crash
llvmpipe too.

Sorry, I'm not sure if skipping the entire logic of R_BufferData_Store in this
case is right. It does seem to be though.

If this change is a bad idea, please revert.
