dom point selection: show a warning when no dom points exist. Added a TODO comment to remove this later, and instead error.

when trying to spawn, and your team has no spawns on the map, BUT other teams do, then try spawning for team 0. If this also does not work, pick ANY spawn.

func_breakable: also support respawntimejitter; fix respawn issue when the timer is not cancelled when a trigger restores the breakable

Allow func_breakable entities to respawn, using the respawntime key. Tested and works

Disable the old engine implementation of cl_deathfade as the HUD now already takes care of it.

Remove my own "mod" config. It isn't needed anymore, as I don't plan on creating or maintaining a mod anymore.

Use v_forward instead of view_forward

view_forward isn't updated in the code by the time the chasecam code is called, so instead use the real source for it and it is updated at the proper time. Note: Should the order of the code be changed instead? I think this should be fine though.
