Use v_forward instead of view_forward
view_forward isn't updated in the code by the time the chasecam code is called, so instead use the real source for it and it is updated at the proper time. Note: Should the order of the code be changed instead? I think this should be fine though.

Always play the beep sound when loading the last rocket, even if we can only load fewer rockets due to lack of ammo. This should perfect the hagar loading to the finest detail of functionality :)

Added a better handling of stuck bots. Walkability is checked for every potential goal, and this check is spread among many frames. Also bots get unstuck one at a time, preventing server lag.
